I've finally built my own desk, though there are some electronically adjustable desks you can get on the market (if you've got a few quid to spend). That was a really awesome comment to read. I'm so glad that, despite our distance and not being able to talk much, we are still friends. I think biking in NYC would be so amazing and a great way to get around. Even if you didn't do it for a workout, just riding your bike around the city as your main form of transportation would provide a ton of health benefits. And fun too! We don't often see them in ourselves, but it's inspiring to see it in others.
